Students earn one blue stripe per belt for an extracurricular activity. This stripe is earned by attending an activity like a tournament, parents' night out, seminar, or summer camp.
Students earn two black stripes per belt for at home personal achievements. Students must pick two things to work on at home for two weeks to earn these stripes.
